Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has 6 main venues for you to host one of the biggest celebrations of your life. Gold mirrors, crystal chandeliers, and a fairy tale ambiance cast a magical spell on everyone that walks through the doors of our main ballroom, the King’s Court. Majestic, larger than life floral arrangements and interiors, royal celebrations in the city, all this reads out weddings at the King’s Court. The main ballroom is able to accommodate 400 persons (168 persons with social distancing).
Navy blue and burgundy colour theme, gorgeous deep red floral arrangements with big centerpieces, will look nothing less of picture-perfect. With a seating capacity of 220 persons (75 persons with social distancing), Earls Court’s green walkway leading to a separate greeting lounge below the main venue and private elevator give your function an imperial touch and a fun personality. For a smaller crowd, Queens Court accommodates 100 persons (32 persons with social distancing).
For a much more intimate gathering, Dukes Court is the perfect venue that opens up to our charming gardens and offers spectacular views of Beira Lake. With a seating capacity of 50 persons (32 persons with social distancing) your celebration could still be spectacular, intimate the crowd maybe! We recommend a rustic affair with a dark and moody colour theme and vintage decoration. Dim lights in the garden, soft breeze through your live band playing acoustic tunes, as you slow dance with the love of your life.
‘Walk on water’ with 8 Degrees on the Lake, our floating restaurant and banquet hall which is an extraordinary place to host an exotic wedding. With an open show kitchen, action stations, two floors, elegant white interiors, your time on the lake will truly be magical. The lighting in this venue calls for dreamy and mystical soft floral arrangements and décor and as the evening falls, you can witness the city light up and come alive. Have a traditional Poruwa stage and other elements set up just by the edge of the lake, while the calm lake serves as your backdrop to add that extra bit of serenity to your event, representing everything that a marriage should be; tranquil and pure. The space accommodates 65 persons (35 persons with social distancing).
The Pool Terrace at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is a relaxing venue ideal for an evening wedding just as the sun sets and birds fly over your delicate ceremony set up amidst lush greenery overlooking the glistening waters. The afterparty can also be held at this venue, when the formalities are complete and you switch up the tempo to party till dawn with Colombo’s finest music and entertainment.
